We Don’t Stay Silent

 

The Rola Colas are an independent English-Irish band blending indie rock with heavyweight roots reggae and Jamaican dub. Our sound combines powerful storytelling, deep bass grooves, haunting melodies and cinematic echoes to create music that is both thought-provoking and memorable.

 

We write songs about the world as we see it—greed, corruption, broken promises, hidden truths, and the ordinary people left to pay the price.

 

Our music challenges power, questions authority and encourages independent thought. We don’t follow religion, political movements or popular narratives. We believe everyone should be free to ask questions, seek truth for themselves and make up their own mind.

These are songs of warning, hope and conscience. We believe no one is above justice, and every generation has a duty to speak up when something feels wrong.

 
We don’t claim to have all the answers. Our songs are an invitation to think, question, explore and start conversations. If our music makes you pause, reflect or see the world from a different perspective, then it has done exactly what it was written to do.
